In the Fontys print portal and the Campus Print app you can see how much print credit you have and how your print credit is made up. You can also top up your private credit here.
Note: If you buy print credit, your new balance is usually visible within minutes. However, it can sometimes take a little longer, up to half an hour. If the print credit is still not correct after a maximum of three hours, you can report this to Canon. Call the IT Helpdesk: T 08850-77777 and choose option 1.
- Go to: fontys.nl/print
- Log in with your Fontys username and password or with your guest account.
- Go to the [Credit] tab en click on [Top up].
- Click on an amount in the overview. The payment menu opens.
- You can now top up your credit directly using iDEAL or one of the other payment methods.
- Click [Transactions] to check the transaction.
- Click
to log out.
